Your website talked about lowering the cost of insurance but can anyone get the insurance and if so, are the rate dependant upon heath concerns or the lack of?

We have 50 state and each state has tried something different . In some cases, states have been successful. New York offers guarenteded issue at community rate. Comunity rating mean that the 29 year old male pay the same premium as the 59 year old male. In Maryland, group Health Products are guarenteed issue, thefore we have never had a situation where an employee was denied coverage. In summary, It is my assumption that going forward that all group products are guarenteed issue. (This is not so in all states). It has always concern me that Maryland's Health Insurance law incourage age discrimination, therefore I applaud New York and would copy the rating systems. Individual Product are not guarenteed issue in most state and absolutely need to be. short term policies need to be outlawed.
